Majid Javadi was born in Tehran, Iran.  His passion and talent for art and music was obvious from childhood and early ages.  He studied Graphic Arts and received his diploma from Farabi High School in Karaj, Iran and in 1995 he received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Tehran University of Arts.
He is the Founder and Director of Repin Art Studios in Tehran where he also has been teaching and conducting Painting classes for over 25 years.
Majid has had numerous exhibitions in Tehran and various cities in Iran, along with Canada, United States of America, Cypress and United Arab Emirates.
Along with painting, he also pursued his passion for music and took 8 years of voice lessons and worked with masters such as Sadigh Tarief and Mahmood Khadem.  That led him to create, manage and perform with multiple groups and bands such as Halgheh and Miras in Iran, Canada and US. 
Majid has performed, produced and distributed three music albums with his bands, Halgheh, Miras Niakan 1 and Miras Niakan 2.  And three poetry albums Bimare khandehaye toam, Ama khial bood, and Parakandehaye ghalbam.
He enjoys working within many different fields and aspects of Art and has years of experience with Poetry, Calligraphy, Sculpture, Photography and Cinema as well.
Majid migrated to Toronto, Canada in 2013 and passionately continues his work with music and art in both Iran and Canada.
